As we approach the end of the year, it’s been a valuable time to look ahead and consider the opportunities and challenges shaping the future of community pharmacy. The sector continues to evolve at pace, and your engagement and insight remain central to how we shape the show for the year ahead.

I’m Molly Benson, the new Content Producer for the Pharmacy Show, and over the past month I’ve been deepening my understanding of the community pharmacy landscape. From policy developments to shifting workforce needs and emerging clinical priorities, this research phase is helping to build a clear picture of the themes that matter most to you and your teams.

With programme planning set to begin in the new year, I’m looking forward to collaborating with partners, speakers and organisations across the profession to create a conference programme that reflects the realities and ambitions of community pharmacy and tackles the key challenges within the sector.
