Yondr Group secures £732.9 million to finance Johor data centre Yondr Group has announced more than £732.9 million in project financing to support the construction of a 98-MW data centre campus in Johor, Malaysia. This investment reflects investor confidence in the company’s Southeast Asia expansion strategy.    2. Secret UK lab is developing UK’s first quantum clock A UK laboratory is developing a quantum clock so accurate it will lose less than one second of accuracy in billions of years of timekeeping. The UK Ministry of Defence said this atomic clock will allow the military to conduct operations more securely.   3. OpenAI opens up about for-profit strategy The Board of Directors at OpenAI has announced plans to restructure the organisation’s corporate framework, transforming its existing for-profit arm into a Delaware Public Benefit Corporation (PBC), while maintaining a non-profit arm focused on philanthropic initiatives.
